 Star Service Award
At alworths we're all determined to give first class service to every customer. You'll find that a personal greeting, a friendly smile and a helpful answer is the norm for us, and quite right too.
But occasionally a colleague really puts themselves out - to track down an item you're specially looking for, perhaps to complete a set, to deliver a product to you on their way home, or to cope with an emergency when you're in-store. When this happens we'd like to know about it so that we can share your praise with the whole team and reward the individual for helping to sustain and grow our Company. The form provides a way to say 'thanks' in a very tangible way. It's designed to be easy and quick to fill in, and to give you the chance to give your feedback in free format.
A few points to note:
- we all aim to wear name badges when out on the shop floor, but we're only human, so if you can't see the name, just ask - you're guaranteed a courteous reply
- it helps us to pinpoint the person you nominate if you explain what they were doing or what they looked like in case we have two Andies or Janes in the store at the same time!
- please don't nominate your relatives, great as they probably are, we're determined to make a star service award something extra special.
